MFA Thesis: RealityStream
RealityStream is a plugin and installation created to show how emerging AI tools can be used as an artistic aid rather than a replacement for creativity. Its purpose is to support student artists by providing a system in which their animations and environments can be transformed into immersive, interactive worlds. The plugin is built to be accessible to artists who may not have deep technical backgrounds.
The system is built through live footage processed in ComfyUI, Gaussian Splats generated in Marble, and 3D objects reconstructed through Hyper3D, all streamed into Unreal Engine as layered, responsive environments. Additionally, RealityStream is an installation featuring animation stills and 3D objects created by students in the Computer Arts department at SVA.
Below are the works in progress of my work.
